Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TechNest Digital Innovation Hub Ltd. platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TechNest Digital Innovation Hub Ltd., a company registered in Nigeria.

2. Description of Services

TechNest provides facilitation services for corporate registrations and compliance, including but not limited to CAC name reservation/registration, Tax Identification Number (TIN), National Identification Number (NIN) services, Bank Verification Number (BVN) services, and related documentation.

We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee approval by regulatory bodies (CAC, JTB/FIRS, NIMC, CBN). Processing times and outcomes depend on the respective authorities.

3. User Accounts

To access services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities under your account.
• Updating your information promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

4. Payments and Fees

Our fees include:

• Official government/statutory fees.
• Our service/facilitation charges.
• Payment processing fees (handled by Flutterwave).

All payments are non-refundable once processing begins, except where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information/documents.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload false, forged, or misleading documents.
• Not interfere with Platform operations or security.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of submitted data. We are not liable for rejections due to errors in your submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its content, and features are owned by TechNest or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from regulatory decisions, third-party services, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
